With such a topic so broad we truly try to cover the basics from all angles in this group. Nothing too big or too small. Nutrition is as significant if not more as exercise is to reaching your goals so learn all you can.
I have moved to another country, from europe to a small island called st kitts. Have a gym with some nice equipment available and of course lots of water to swim. Thatis why navy seal comes to mind.
Can anybody help me modify a standard navy seal workout. I cant do any pushups because i am still healing from a wrist injury. My physio did not find anything but the thing still hurts
I want to join a boxing gym and do the navy seal workout.
reason: I am getting married in about 8 months and want to look ripped/ at least in better shape then i am now. ( 190cm / 91 kg) goal is to loose weight and get a sixpack ( if possible) Weight goal is around 86/85 kg.
I would recommend doing the cardio of the seal training, but nothing involving your wrist, until you are fully recovered. If all you are looking for is to look ripped than you can concentrate on diet and cardio to achieve that goal without involving your wrist. good luck.
