I haven't been able to get an answer for this. I'm an unfortunate soul that is allergic to fruits and vegtables. Dieting is pretty non-existent in my life. Here's the kicker. I don't like most meats either. Can someone help me in the right direction for a healthy diet?

All fruits and vegetables? is that your own assertion or have you been actually tested for specific things? it's hard to imagine that this is the case...I am guessing it might be to very specific things like citrus fruits .....etc...what you're saying is too broad of a statement....
