Losing weight

I am 43yr young male with Diabeties, I have try to lose weight but it's really hard. The last time I weighted myself I tip the scales @ 265ps and about 6'3. I have work out for about a year 3 to 5 times a week. 4 days of weight training and 4 to 5 days of cardio. What do I have to do to start seeing the pounds to fall off. Please help!!!

are you watching your diet? How long have you been working out? what kind of cardio? how long are your cardio sessions?
