well i finsihed my program on friday and i had saturday and sunday of, on saturday i ate really well had 4 meals in a day of veggie meat egg, but today ive been a pig and eating lots of chocolates and fatty foods. if i go back to eating healthy again on monday will sundays let down effect my program.
