Im a college kid so naturally I'm up late studying. I eat dinner pretty early so by 12:00 or so I'm starving. What should I eat at this time of night... besides an ordinary apple or something like that.
If your body is in an energy deficit, you may well eat, no matter what time. In fact, you must do so to keep metabolism up and running efficiently for one.

I feel your pain, bwgaylord. Most of the time, I reach for some yogurt or cheese, and celery sticks with natural peanut butter with water or juice (watch the juice though if you're calorie counting - don't want to get caught up with those liquid calories).
