I have been slacking for about a year now, but I am finally ready to get back on track. Just got myself a membership at Golds gym here in Spokane WA. So much to accomplish so little time. If anyone has a good time schedule I sure could use some time management 101.
Trying to juggle many things and stay on track is tough.
Any suggestions?

make your own schedule. write it out and post it somewhere you will look at it alot, it will help you keep on track with your goals.
