I had a full panel of bloodwork done, and everything was wonderful except for my triglycerides being slightly elevated. The doc wants me to add fish oil to my diet for 3-6 months and then we'll check to see how thats helped. I looked on fitbuddy, but didn't find the answer to my question, which is....Is there a brand that is better than others, or that anyone would reccomend for me to buy?

I really can't eat a lot of fatty foods, so I figure that most of my bad fats must be coming from the dairy I consume. So, milk is being cut from 2% to 1%, cheese will be going from regular to low-fat, switched to fat free creamer(non-dairy but I figure it can't hurt)and I will no longer use butter for anything at all.
I am hoping that the fish oil along with my continueing to work out and these modifications will get my tri's back to normal. I'll go take a look at that site right now! :)

Just about any good fish oil will do. Carlsons is great. Consistently rated one of the best.
Source Naturals is also one that is great. Pure pharmaceutical grade is what I look for.
