My first day of my workout started today and abs were included in the lifts I had. I had about 5 or 6 different ab exercises and it worked very well for me. I went back on this site today and changed some stuff but changed it back. Now, the ab exercises are not included in my workout. I have that seperate 12-week program for abs but that only has me doing 3 different exercises now. How do I get it back the way it was???
