good or bad exercise plan?

hey :)

just was wondering if i should change my exercise plan.

Mo: lifting weights, 60min cardio
Tue: Abs, 60 min cardio
W: lifting weights, 60min cardio
Th: Abs, 60min cardio
F: lifting weights, 60min cardio
S: Abs, 45min cardio

should i skip the cardio on lift days? reduce it? is it ok?
