Hey there...just trying to lose a lot as much body fat as possible in a short period of time.
Im thinking I should be dieting (with only proteins and salads, etc.) and do cardio like nuts.
Any suggestions?
Don't necessarily wanna gain muscle, but prefer not losing any...and losing as much fat as possible.
