In January I go to a real rigorous school. The physical training is pretty intense. Right now I am in "ok" shape but need to be in MUCH better shape by then. Is from now until January enough time to get in real good shape? If so what type of program should I be on? I am 165 now and want to be 150 by the first day of school. Is there a healthy way to lose 15lbs in a month? Thanks.
