Alright, i not the best dieter,i skip meals, i dont eat clean and i dont eat nutritious foods.

Im needing help to change this, i go to school and sometime skip meals during school mainly lunch, my breakfest and dinnder are decent but every thing between is all messed up

Any ideas of how or what to eat cuz i have the money to buy food but i just dont feel like eating some times.

I had this same problem and what helped me was either the night before or on a Sunday write down what your going to eat and when. You should eat 6 to 7 small meals a day to keep your metabalism up so I go about every 3 hours which seems to be about right for me. Could be different for you. Some really great snack foods that I have found help me through out the day are, Yogurt, light stringcheese. I know nuts are good for you but I have to be careful with them since I have slight allergic reactions.

I would have to say the best thing is look at ways to force you to get those small meals in like I did with a list and time schedual. If you think you will forget set your cellphones alarm clock. Mine can do multiple alarms. Hope that helped and just be creative its amazing what youy can do when you set your mind to it.
