With such a topic so broad we truly try to cover the basics from all angles in this group. Nothing too big or too small. Nutrition is as significant if not more as exercise is to reaching your goals so learn all you can.
So what can be done to minimize them? Seems like my arms are getting worse and worse, is it cuz i dont drink enough water? do I lift too heavy? and I not getting enough of a certain Vitamin? I put on healing lotion every day but it doesnt seem to reduce how they look or stop new ones from forming.
