Football season just ended my max before we put pads on was 255, and sense the 10 week period of season for football i didnt bench for about 5 out of those 10 weeks, even those days i did it was poorly. my max is now 185 my 1st time picking the bar up for a few long weeks and it normal for my max to drop dramatically
