Work out type: Gain muscle mass.

I have stayed the same weight, if not lost a little since the start of the program, however I have lost a good amount of fat around the belly area and am definetly more visually defined in the chest and especially my abs. Im able to do about 25 more lbs on the chest, 15lbs and biceps, 20lbs on triceps.

Overall I'm happy with the results, I think what stopped me from gaining muscle weight was a combo of losing fat, and not taking in enough caleries even though I ate 6 times a day.
To increase the chances of picking up some weight I've started drinking muscle milk preworkout and right before bed, along with my normal post workout shake.

Overall happy with the results, I just wish I would have gained some more noticable weight.

Hey shap - Congratulations -- if you're pleased with the results but still want to get a little bigger, check out the Progressive Gains workout or do a search on the site for lean mass gains since it sounds like you don't want to put much of the fat back on. It might be what you have in mind. It seems like fixated on cottage cheese before bedtime recently but it would be a much better choice than Muscle Milk and is much slower to digest (less fat storage).
