Hey all, I'm pretty new to weight training and have a question. This seems like an extremely helpful community from what I've seen so here goes:

On the directions for the creatine I'm taking, it says to "take 1 teaspoon (5 grams) mixed in juice or water."

I have been mixing it with milk and my whey at the same time. Is this alright?

Any input is appreciated. Thanks for your time.

not to sound harsh but

#1 fill out profile as suggestions may differ based on ur specs
#2 post this kind of question in supplement section as u will probably get a better response
#3 search...this has been discussed quite a bit

generally...creatine is best taken without caffeine and with simple sugars ....sugar improves absorbtion...I would take it separately from protein shake...
