I am 6'1 195 pounds. I workout my abs about 4-5 times a week. i work them out for 30 minutes. What is the best way in developing a 6-pack?What exercise are more effective

Okay, the best way to get a six pack is to buy one at the liquor store. Kidding.

The only way you will really succeed at getting the washboard abs is by eating a very clean diet. No junk, no beer, no burgers with cheese. This will help lower the body fat. I've heard about six percent body fat will show the abs. But, everyone is different.

Thirty minutes of ab work won't do it either. All you'll do is build UP the abs which will make the belly look bigger. Still do the ab work, but four or five times a week for 30 minutes is a lot. Change that to 30 minutes of cardio and you'll get closer to your goal of a six pack.

Also, you cannot spot reduce. There is no way to do it.
