Alcohol will stop any fat burning activity going on in your system, and break down brain cells. For every oz you drink will take 1hr of recovery not taking into consideration the hard work you have done all week. Why would you want to get so wasted?

i think you need to re-analyze your situation and put some serious disciplining rules into your current program. Honestly, what is the use of working out and wanting to get fit if you are going to continue getting as you said, "getting your tits off the floor" then you are totally defeating the reality of true fitness.

Good job kalanchoe, really it doesn't matter what your age is, if anyone is serious about getting in shape there are a lot of things they need to cut out of their diets. I look at it this way, at least i am not throwing way a couple hundred dollars every weekend putting myself in a fragile disposition to be taken advantage of. Instead that money can go to better health and other things in life I might want. You can do it! and if you need encouragement, we are here to help!

RB is right. I haven't touched alcohol going on 7 years now and couldn't be happier about it.
