I tried the body fat calculator on here just for fun and it came off way lower than what I was guessing. Anyone else tried this? Was it lower, higher, or pretty close for you?
Go to www.mybodycomp.com and get you a tape measure. It seems to be a bit more accurate. There's really no 100% accurate BF Calculator out there. Best thing to do is find one particular one and stick with it throughout your program. You'll be able to spot fluctuations better that way.
