ok so, what do you do if you do not have access to a gym or a track? u just have a bedroom. how do u get any where under those conditions? ive tried different videos and stuff but they get so boring! and, they hurt my back sometimes (im only 19..this should be happening lol). my last job required me to run up and down stairs all day so now that im going to school, im not running up and down those stairs and now i feel like crap. i wanna feel healthy again! i have weights....like a set of them but i dont know how to use them (since i had like, NO arm muscles) and id still be lacking in cardio. please help!
