Hi there,
I’m not sure if this has been asked/answered, I looked but couldn’t find anything.. :(
Will calf exercises define the ankles? Is there a specific workout to define the ankles? Or will diet and cardio take care of fat ankles? I’ve heard of writing your full name in cursive with your ankle will help strengthen them, but I don’t know if that’s true. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. :)

You've got it....Cardio and diet. WE can only spot tone not spot reduce so cardio is the answer. Now to get shape in the calfs of course weight training (calf raises). I believe in the triangle to fitness; resistance, cardio and diet promotes lean muscle mass and one great looking, feeling and heaLthy BODY.

I have the same problem...I have pretty muscular legs but a little thick from the shin down. You definitely cannot spot reduce but when you work out your calves, make sure you also work the muscle in front of your shin too. I find it helps a lot when you bring your toes as far upward as you can and really stretch the front of your leg as well as your calf. After a couple of weeks you'll notice a slight difference the shape of your legs and helps make your cankles look slimmer. The more defined your leg is the smaller your ankle will look:) enjoy
