Now i aint fat, i have a 10 % bf. My stomach is hard but the abs don't pop out. How would i best accomplish building up my abs? Is crunches good with just body weight? Or should i train abs like any other muscle and use weights and 5-10 reps? Give me the best abs exercises and parameters plz...:big_smile:

Train 'em like any other muscle. Using weight/resistance will build them and diet will show them. Why not try yhe FT ab plan?

I agree with Charlie. Weight/resistance and diet for exposure. Also train all four areas of the ab section and I rotate days with weights. Upper weighted day one, lower day two. etc..........
Tell the mind and body will follow.
