I've got all the mass and strength I want. I like to lift 4 days a week, heavy lifting. But I would like to lose around 25Ibs. I know diet is important and I'm obviously incorporating that. So here's my question there's no way I'm going to stop lifting hard, I know obviously my 3 days off will be dedicated to cardio, but is that enough? I'm trying to lose around 25lbs. So, if it's not detramental to sustaining my muscle to do cardio on lifting days when should I do the cardio???? ( I work out early in the AM). I know you guys are really knowledgable so I hope I can get a response on this one, thanks.
