I was wondering when most people measure them selves Relaxed,Flexed,or Immiediatly following a workout flexed,sorry if this seems like a silly question just had to ask

I would never do a measurement immediately post training. This will be very misleading, due to the fact that some days you get a great pump, others you may not, so your measurements can vary greatly. Measurements to be as accurate as you can should probably be done first thing in the morning, thoroughly depleted, the same day/time each time to insure better accuracy.
