I need some serious help. I have been actively working out for a year. I have noticed that my left pec is larger and fuller than my right:surprised: I have heard of possible pinched nerves causing this, but I am not sure. If there is anyone who is having, or had, any experience with this then you know how dicouraging the non-symetrical feel is. I would appreciate any help. Thanks:(

u doin all barbell or dumbell, u mixing them with using barbell and dumbells? if u using just the barbell stop all the barbell chest work & try using dumbells that will help your chest alot
