help! ive been trying to get started with a program, but have a severely bad back as well as fibromyalgia. now having said those 2 things. whats the best way to get started at home. i have no access to a gym, and have a couple hand weights down stairs. my biggest problem is a hugh pot belly after have c-sec 4 years ago. i was prone to it before then, but that made it worse.. how do i get rid of this... please help. im desperate and constantly exhausted from doing nothing, i would like to break this cycle. thanks everyone in advance for your responses..
Why don't you start with some cardio? It will give you more energy and help you start to loose that belly. How about some walking a few times per week and slowly increase your intensity and duration. You also heve to have a good diet too.
Start a diet and get a walking buddy, walk every night (doesn't have to be every) and you will see those pounds just melt. Eventually its all about what you eat.
There are MANY home exercises you can do and you don't need weights and weights and a bad back is just asking for trouble.
I think there should be home exercises plan right here on the site.
