looking at your profile, i see you want to lose 50 lbs in one month. sorry to say, this is not going to be anything but unhealthy.. if you want to drop fat and not compromise your muscle or body systems, it will take awhile longer. adopting a regular fitness plan and getting your diet under control will be the first steps to success. we need to know a little more about you.. ie what you are doing right now in terms of exercise and nutrition.

A better goal would be 50 lbs long term. A healthy amount of weight loss would be 1-2% of your bodyweight per week. For you, this would amount to 1-3 lbs per week. Aim for 1-2. This will ensure that all the weight you loose will be fat, and not muscle, to ensure that your metabolism doesnt slow down. Also, if you are careful about how you lose it, you will have an easier time keeping the weight off.

i dont think i ahve any muscles. but im excited cuz i am gonna join a gym. even though usually i dont have that much time to go to the gym but even like if i go 2 or 3 times a month its better then no gym. beside if i lose 1-2 lbs everyday i'll be fat for like another 5 years!
