Whenever I am done with a good cardio work suck as running sprints when i have one rest day and go to run again the next day i find the my joints feel stiff and I cannot perform to my best. My muscles are not sore or anything i just feel stiff when i run. Should i take a longer recovery period or is there something else im not aware of.
do you do any stretching or warmup? before a run you should always warm up, and have a good 5 mins of stretching afterwards. maybe do your cardio every 2nd day to let your body rest up.
