I have been given valuable infos so far and I just want to thank everyone for being so helpful. This is the best community I've ever belonged to.
I go for soccer training in the morning and then to the gym at 4:30 pm in the afternoon. I am doing this because the morning sessions are not very serious ones, just a couple of us guys having practice matches for about an hour. Nevertheless, I do get good cardio from these sessions. The afternoon are mainly composed of the programs I get from ft.
Given that, I would like to ask which is the best program for me among the ft programs? And also I have started taking whey and chromium picolate as supplements. Any input would be very welcome and appreciated.
My goal is to have an edge over the other soccer players around here. I'm not blessed with extraordinary skills, so the only edge I will ever have is if I get fitter than them. Plus I am approaching 30 so, I want to get overall fitness as a part of my lifestyle.

I guess that just depends on your goals. Maybe you could try different ft programs and find one you like, or combine different exercises from different ft workouts. Thats what I did and I'm loving it. I change my routine every 6-8 weeks too to keep from getting stale.
