well.. i joined the gym like 1 month ago, and quit because my sis was usually always busy, and thought it was a waste of money because she drove me there.. i want to go back, but i can't.. but its ok..
and well, i'm not fat fat, but i had alil abs showin like 2 months ago, i guess it got flubber, so pretty much, i have alotta floosy fat over my abs,
i usually do inclined or the ones where my head is alittle up and my legs down like /... about 30 everytime, i do 30 often, about 5 times a day...
i saw my biceps working, a month ago, theres still alittle good, but now again theres fat on it(not hard fat)..
so i know i'm supposed to run , diet
but this month i can prolly get it easier, because i fast from 5am-6:45pm.. i eat 1 whole roti(nan)(tortilla, but battered with own, well its flour cooked in alil oil on a fry pan... and then at 6 45 i eat alot.. well i just want to know what i should eat in the morning (if "roti" is fine..) and baked chicken, rice is fine at 6 45,
i really want my abs to show, well cut my fat off my arms, and chest
i cant do cardio, because im fasting.. but the pushops arent really helping..
i dont want to lose weight, bbut want to get in shape, but not get big.. (too big)
