I am thinking about stepping my work out up a notch. I was thinking about going to the gym in the A.M. and doing H.I.I.T and then going in the P.M. to do weight training.
Would this be over training or a great way to cut body fat and increase mussel size?
thats a good technique if you are looking to add size.. separating your cardio and weight training. the HIIT will also raise your metabolism, so your body will burn more fat during the day. dont do this everyday though. if you are looking to add size, keep cardio to just a few times a week.. and HIIT no more than half of your cardio sessions.
