will i suffer from muscle loss from not eating meat.. I recently became a vegetarian (again) mostly for how the animals are treated, but everytime i always become very tired so i resort back to eating meat. im giving it another go, and am hoping that if i eat enough soy to get enough amino acids and get my protein from broccoli and other areas that i wont become fatigued... any other vegetarians on this site have any advice?? vitamins, how to keep my body in balance with everything i need??

You should not lose muscle nor stegnth on a total vegetarian diet. You must consume foods that will make up complete proteins, proteins, and all other vitamins and minerals that are body requires to function normally. If you do any type of training, you must increase your protein intake, and good carbs. Remeber, you can't just live of protein from broccoloi. There are numerous articles on the net about vegetarians and stregnth training. Good Luck.
