How do I just work out the inside of my chest? I'm fine with the size of the outside of my chest but in the inside there is not a lot of muscle. It looks like my chest is caving in it is so bad. Please someone help! Thank you!
pec deck, close grip bench press, standing cable crossovers, and holding the contraction at the top of a movement (ie dumbell press, hold and squeeze at the top of the movement for 2 sec) will help.
