Well I didn't get the bench I wanted for Christmas so I am still resorting to the coffee table to do bench presses. I've been really good at keeping up with my workouts...but...the eating thing...I think I fell off the waggon and sat in the snow as it drove away...I am rationalizing with myself in that as soon as the holidays are over like...tomorrow...I will get back with the protein shakes, chicken and fish...before I end up gaining back the 15 pounds I have lost and having to resort to walking around naked because I got rid of all my "fat" clothes. Anyway, all I know is how "clean" I feel when I am eating right and how "puffy" and clogged I feel from all the junk I have been eating. Well I hope you all bring in the New Year safely and enjoy the rest of 2002... :0)

Well said Myways, you have the knowledge and attitude. Let motivation help you. Got any old "fat" pictures of your self? Every time you think about eating that tasty little treat calling your name, pull out that pic and look at it. Another option, keep a picture of a physique you admire, and look at it when that treat is calling your name. Best of luck to you, and set yourself some small goals to reach. Small goals lead to large goals. You will do it! Stay strong, and good luck.

I still carry those fat pics of myself in my purse as a reminder, it really helps, when those sweet little treats are calling out my name.
