Treadmill Program

Hi everyone,
I'm kind of new to Freetrainers but I think it's great!
Anyway, I've been losing a lot of weight (Thanks to weight watchers) but now It's time to really get in shape and tone up.
I've been doing cardio but I find I get so bored and I convince myself that I'm too tired when really I'm not so I get off the treadmill. So lately I've been doing 10 mins on the treadmill 10 on the stepper and 10 on the treadmill again and on the treadmill I've been changing the speed every minute from 5 to 6 to 7.
I'm just wondering if anybody has a really good treadmill program or any advice to give on designing my own program.
Anyway help would be really appreciated!
Thanks!
Melissa

kind of like you're doing, keep the variability up. maybe one day on the treadmill set it to manual, and do sprints. another day try a program with varying degrees of slope. go onto the bike.. do one of the pre-programmed races, sprints.. hit the elliptical for a cross train workout. the possibilites are pretty much endless. a favorite of mine is HIIT.. doing 30s all out sprints on a bike, followed up by 1.5- 2 min rest periods for about 20 minutes. like you, im not really down with running at a speed of 5 for 30 minutes.. just too boring. by continually changing things, i get preoccupied with achieving smaller goals, and before i realize it, im done my time. :)
