I have been on again off again on this website for a good year and half. (give or take) When I began i weighed about 220lbs and had size 38/40 pants. (im 6'0) Through DIET and EXERCISE I have really changed the way my body looks/feels. Now I weigh about 195 and wear 34s approaching 32s. (goal for january) Although words dont lift weights or provide muscular resistance, they fed me hours and hours of motivation and advice.
