I have been on again off again on this website for a good year and half. (give or take) When I began i weighed about 220lbs and had size 38/40 pants. (im 6'0) Through DIET and EXERCISE I have really changed the way my body looks/feels. Now I weigh about 195 and wear 34s approaching 32s. (goal for january) Although words dont lift weights or provide muscular resistance, they fed me hours and hours of motivation and advice.

Rock on golem! I did exactly the same thing. I've gotten a lot of motivation from this group and it has made a world of difference!
