yea also pullups and chinups are great. if u can do a lot, try attaching weights - really are effective - ur body moving through space better then resistance coming towards your body because our bodies are similar to monkeys, so phisiologically speaking, our muscles react very similar to a similar stimulus. Their back is meant for climbing not pulling stuff towards it, so is ours. Plus doing pullups with 45 pound plates looks cooler then doing lat pulldowns
