Hello FREETRAINERS!! Excite To Come to the site.
I am new to the whole weight training and healthy eating routine. In my case Im in need of help becuase I literally dont know where to start. Unfortunatly this is my senario.
I am 6'2, 140lbs.
First off I need to gain weight. With being 6'2 I think i should weigh a bit more then 140lbs, Agreed?
Ok I want to start working out and start eating healthy. Ive heard of the Creatine stuff and am wondering if i should use that. I also was hoping someone could give me a list of maybe 15 Breakfasts, Lunches, Dinners and Snacks that would be considered "Healthy" Im not looking for recipts just normall healthy foods that I should eat. Also what are some routine or exercises i should be doing when i go to the gym or im even at home?
If someone here would be kind enough to help me out that would be greatly appreciated.
Thank You Very Much FT:love:

Deadlifts, Bench press, Military press, Squats, Dips, Chinups, Rows, Barbell curls, and Cleans
theres 9 exercises maybe do 3 a day 3 days a week vary it around on sets, as far as food... just eat healthy or healthier maybe even have that one cheat day once every 2 weeks or something and dont bother with creatine because just starting off u dont want to "SUDDENLY" change ur routine or diet and ur body... otherwise wen or if u one day changed back or ate junk again ur body would put on easier.. good things take time... try and look it as a long term goal and ull gain better.. also i highly recommend u make sure u get ur form right on those exercises mentioned above more then anything else... maybe do reps of 8-12 for 3-4 or sets each ( gotta get a fundation before you work on the parts ) try it for 4-6 weeks then lower reps to 6-8 reps in each set.. ur just starting out so u should make reasonably good gains on just about anything. make sure u eat n eat. and eat. ( and rest ) u grow in the kitchen not the gym..

Hey Gligster,
Great to see other 'skinny' guys. A lot of people don't realize that in many respects, being skinny can be as emotionally traumatizing as being fat. I've been harassed most of my adult life about being thin. I'm trying the whole 'eat every three hours' thing to see if it helps. I don't know if you're like me, but as much as I don't like being skinny, I'm afraid of getting fat (not sure if I could though), so I want a good balance.
Here's a place with a few recipies, and things to eat...http://www.building-muscle101.com/sample-menus.html
I've also tried some of the weight gain powder stuff, something like 4000 calories per serving. It worked but got really expensive.
Luck,
Jim

Oh, and another thing...it might be helpful to people here if you told them what your current lifestyle is like; eating, excersize, and so on.

do not take creatine now, train a year without it and then you can try it...
