whats the best butt exercises to do to get in shape in like 2 weeks:( or as fast as it takes

u can't...sorry to break it to you but it's a long road....you can't expect results overnight...if you said at least 3-4 months...then possibly you could have had decent results but 2 weeks? that's nothing...


as far as best exercises....

#1 Squats, below parallel...
#2 Deadlifts/Stiff Legged Deadlifts
#3 Lunges
#4 Goodmornings
#5 Hyperextensions
#6 Leg Press

You need to perform 2-3 of these exercises at least once a week for 3-4 sets each...in the 8-10 reps each....the weight chosen should be the most u could do for those reps...ie if you can do 11 reps...then increase the weight...good luck....

best of these exercises are Squats and Deadlifts....you should probably do one of them in every workout....
