Can someone help me create a routine that i can add in my normal routine like a 1or 2 day thing or possibly a thing i can do after or before a workout. the main point of it is to help stretch, give me mroe flexability and improve my stability... anything like yoga would be good.. anyone know of any? im trying to mainly improve my spine and back due to a fractured vertabrae and a messed up spine wont go into detail... all feedback is appreciated.. thnx cya
