I have been working out 4 days a week, doing 2-4 muscles per day, this works each muscle once each week. Id like to increace this to build mass quicker. would it help to take less days off and work each muscle a little more often than once per week?

doing it every 4 days should be good for your upper body and 5 days for your lower body

You mean working upper body muscles every 4 days is ok?
Does anyone have a good workout plan that works each muscle every 4 days?

Thats what im doing now. It works each muscle only once per week. I think I want to increase this so I work each muscle more often.

jimi are you using an FT routine? If you aren't I'd suggest you do one for a few weeks and see how it goes for you. Working tri's and bi's together works good as a shocking routine but I wouldn't do it to put on mass especially not twice a week. Just a recommendation, but for a couple of weeks try something along the lines of what bropie posted and you ought to see some better results. It won't take you long to figure out that you can work your arms every day and they won't get any bigger.
