hi im 21 years old, height 5'5, weight 104 pounds(47 kg)-- lean--and lift 33 pounds(15 kg) dumbells for bicep curls. do you think thats impressive? im a small guy, so i think i lift a lot for my weight? its difficult to go over 15 kg. so, do u think thats good? im into bulking up a bit.
