I think I found it............ atleast for myself :)
I have been power walking on my treadmil, and rotating HIIT every other day. I just don't get as tired, sweaty, exhausted any more as my endurance gets better, etc.......
So, I finally mixed it up and went to one pilates class, followed by a kick boxing class.........let me tell you......... I got my SWEAT on :)
I think it was just helpful to do something different, change the pace, etc.......
I felt like a tired lil' whimp when we were done, like I used to feel when I began my whole fitness program.
Yeah................ got me out of my rut!
