train a muscle group once a week?

should i train one muscle group(say triceps for example), once a week or more? well my goals are to build a bit more mass, so once a week should be ok i guess?

depend on the muscle and your capacity to recover

i d say

Bi tri - 48 hour
Chest chould - 72 hour
Leg back - 96 hour

remember too that, for ex, your bis get a secondary workout on back day, and tris on chest day. so doing each part once a week is a good template
