hi, i want to lower fat and mass on lower body and add mass on the upper body. is it a good idea to stick with squats, deadlifts, lunges , leg presses, extentions, curls and use a high rep... say 15? and on that day should i eat less or just the same amount?
dont forget calf raises.. both standing and seated. factor in some cardio too.. a few times each week, 30 min sessions or 20 min HIIT sessions (mix it up).
in terms of eating, just do what you feel your body needs. stick to your regular diet, but if you are still feeling hungry, bump it up a bit.
