Hey everyone, I just joined today and I'm so glad I found this place. I know there are a lot of experts here and thats why I am asking how do I reach a goal that I have. My goal is to have this kids (the one in the red trunks) body...size/broadness...right down to his legs http://www.webseth.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=2666, along with this kids muscles (except in proportion to the kid in the first pics body, of course)http://www.webseth.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=2906. I DO NOT want to look like some WWF wrestler or anything like that.
I know a lot of people here are probably familiar with Bowflex. I have the Bowflex Ultimate, the Bowflex SelectTech Freeweight 552, and the Bowflex TreadClimber TC5000. With the Ultimate by itself, I've gone from 254 to 173 in six months. I am 6'1. I have a pretty good feeling the experts here know what exercises can be done with the Ultimate and the SelectTech Freeweights so, unless I need to, I'm not going to list all the exercises that are possible with them. But, can somebody please tell me exactly what exercises I need to be doing, when to do them, and all that is in between? With those three machines, I have weightlifting and cardio covered. I just need to be told what exercises to do and how often should I do them along with how often should I work each muscle group (one muscle group per day for 5 days a week or the same muscle group 5 days a week and then switch to a new group the next week? full body workout everyday?). I am in this 110%, so please PLEASE let me know exactly what I have to do to look exactly how I described above. What foods should I be eating and how often should I eat and so on and so forth. I really appreciate any help and if anybody needs any more information please let me know!
