Ok I am just curious...They said that taebo is an EXTREME FAT BURNING MACHINE. ooookie. The basic workout is only 25 minutes. And it takes about 20 minutes to burn all of your carbs off. That only leaves about 5 minutes to use fuel for fat if I am correct...whats up with this? THOSE LIARS!!! lol jp

This is the part that matters: 20 minutes of high intensity cardio-you will burn calories for 8 hours afterwords. 1 hour at it and you will burn calories for 24 hours afterwords.

I'm curious too. Has anyone ever tried these workouts? My friend says the advanced workout is a killer, and shapes your arms nicely!!!

I have done them and if you do it the way it is meant to be done it is a great workout

Well I got the first set of tapes out with a basic into tape with the begginer work out tape. In the intro tape they run you thur how you are to do the kicks punches etc. They say to keep the abs tight through out the work out and to make sure when you kick and punch that the muscles there are tight as well. I tried it and the next day I was so sore lol so it worked for me......hope that helps

At my Karate club we do some of the work out for a warm up before class, usually 30 to 45 min for warm up stretch than start class. And it does get a good sweet on
