I am 21 years old 6'0 tall and weight 109lb , I need to gain like 25lb so i can start build up , but now i dont have the meet to build i am skinny , What kind of vitamin or food is good to eat everyday so i can gain weight.
please help .

Are you looking to just simply gain weight? Kind of what I am reading into your question. May want to be a little more specific.

Maybe trying to intake your protein and do less cardio (not none but less) and continue resitance training... low reps/high weights this will gain you mass...but i dunno if this is what your looking for....

All what i need is gain weight this time. i am 109lb i need to be 129lb

Eat, eat, eat! If you want to gain weight, you'll need to eat often (5-7 meals per day) and consume more calories than you burn. Don't be afraid to consume 4,000+ calories. You'll gain some fat but also weight. If you want the weight gain to be lean, then you should weight train at least 4 days per week.
