i know alot of you believe that you can work one muscle group a week and grow bigger and faster than working two to three times a week but i read in a magazine that you are actually a slight bit stronger if you only give your upper body 72-96 hrs resting time (3-4 days) and your lower body 96-120 hrs of rest and to prove it all u have to do is on Day 1- do bench press for instant make the weights so that you can only do 10 reps til failure when you first start, do a full work out. Day 2-do one set with the sames weights and do as many as you can on average you can only lift 9 reps. Day 3- same thing and on average you can only lift 10 reps thats exactly where you was on day 1. Day 3&4-on average you can do 11 reps til failure and Day 5-7 you can do your orginal 10 reps try it if you dont believe me i read this artical on natural bodybuilding and fitness nov 05
