could somebody please explain to me exactaly what cutting is.

my understanding is that you just need to eat less calories and do more cardio, whilst also keeping your resistance exersises as to not lose much muscle

but yeh....

more or less its consuming less calories than your maintenance level to shed some body fat.

pros - you get ripped and the ladies love your sexy bod

cons - its damn near impossible to continue increasing strength and size

tips - dont cut too much.. else you risk muscle loss. i think the consensus is around 250- 500 cals

how to - find your maintenance.. eat less than it.. up cardio if you wish, but be careful as to how much.
